McKee Homes — Public MCP
This is the public Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint for McKee Homes. It lets supported AI assistants give you up-to-date access to McKee Homes’ currently available, publicly priced spec inventory — the communities, models, and prices in that inventory right now — and lets you optionally submit a request so a McKee Homes representative can follow up with you.
What it does
- Browse inventory. Ask your AI assistant what McKee Homes spec homes are currently available, in which communities, and what they are publicly priced at. You can narrow by community, city, price range, model/plan name, home style (bungalow, two storey, townhome), or marketing size.
- Stay current. Inventory reflects what McKee Homes has made public as available and priced today; a result set that is smaller than before may simply mean other buyers moved ahead of you.
- Optional follow-up. If you want, you can ask the assistant to pass McKee Homes your name, a phone number and/or email, and what you are interested in, so a representative can contact you. This is always optional, happens only after you agree, and is described on our Privacy page.
Limitations
- Spec inventory, not move-in-ready inventory. A returned home means it is currently available and has a public price. It does not mean the home is finished, move-in ready, or immediately available.
- No construction or timing data. Construction stage, completion, and possession dates are not provided and should not be treated as facts by any assistant. For timing questions, ask for a McKee Homes follow-up.
- Not a full map of McKee communities. A community appears only if it currently has at least one available, priced spec home. A community’s absence (or a zero-result search) means there is no qualifying inventory right now — not that McKee Homes does not build there.
- AI-assisted, not a contract. Responses are generated by an AI assistant using this data. For anything material, confirm directly with McKee Homes.
