This endpoint serves McKee Homes’ currently available, publicly priced spec inventory to AI assistants that support MCP. It is a data service, not a store, not a quoting tool, and not a real-estate listing platform in the legal sense. It supplements other McKee Homes channels; it does not replace them.

Any personal information you submit for a follow-up request is used only as described on the Privacy page — to respond to your inquiry and for directly related sales follow-up, not unrelated marketing — and its purposes do not change.

About the inventory

• A returned home means it is currently available at a public price. It does not mean finished, move-in ready, or immediately available.
• Construction stage, completion, and possession dates are not provided and no statement should be construed as guaranteeing them.
• Inventory availability changes as homes are sold or released. A result from a moment ago is not a promise for a moment later.

Acceptable use

• Use the public search and follow-up features as described, in a fair and lawful manner.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape at rates that harm the service, or use the endpoint for automated lead generation on McKee Homes’ own behalf without an arrangement.
• Submit follow-up requests only with your own genuine interest and your own consent where you are not the person represented.

This service is provided on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis for informational purposes only. McKee Homes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of information returned through the service or generated by AI assistants. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, McKee Homes disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of this service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable obligations concerning personal information.

By using this service you acknowledge that AI-assisted responses are not a substitute for advice from McKee Homes or a licensed professional.

Changes & governing law

• McKee Homes may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or the endpoint, in whole or in part, without advance notice, as permitted by law.
• Governing law: these pages and any use of this service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. This is a choice-of-law statement. It does not limit or waive any mandatory privacy, consumer-protection, or anti-spam rules that apply to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
