What we collect
- Browsing the public inventory (community lists, home searches) does not require your name, phone number, or email address.
- If you choose to ask an assistant to submit a McKee Homes follow-up request, the information provided is: your name, at least one of a phone number or email address, and a short message in your own words about what you are interested in. A name, at least one contact method, and a message must be present for the request to be recorded, but the message can stay brief and include only what you would like — no particular details (budget, bedrooms, timing, etc.) are required — and we only keep what you actually provide. We do not collect more than that for this feature.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade these follow-up inquiries to third parties for their own marketing.
How it is used
- Stored on McKee Homes’ own servers, in the database that backs this public service.
- Used by a McKee Homes representative to follow up with you about what you asked about.
- Forwarded to McKee Homes’ internal systems and to third-party service providers (including customer-relationship-management / CRM software) acting on its behalf, so the follow-up can happen.
What it is used for, and what it is not: the information you submit for a follow-up request is used to respond to that specific inquiry and for directly related sales follow-up only. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and McKee Homes will not change the purposes for which it was collected. Choosing to submit a request is optional: it is not consent to unrelated marketing, and it does not waive any rights you have under applicable privacy or anti-spam law.
Your access, correction, and deletion requests: email mitchell@mckeehomes.com. McKee Homes may verify your identity before acting, and will handle your request in accordance with applicable privacy law. Deleting your information here does not guarantee that it is removed from backup copies, logs, or McKee Homes’ other business systems.
Retention
McKee Homes stores each follow-up request locally as the record for that request. Under McKee Homes’ stated retention practice, once a request has been successfully delivered to the sales system, the local record is deleted 30 days after your original submission. Local records of requests that have not yet been successfully delivered are not purged by this practice, so they are not silently lost and remain available for delivery or manual handling.
This describes the local copy only. It is not a statement about how long the information is kept in McKee Homes’ other business or follow-up systems, in backups, or in logs; that retention is set separately and is not specified here. Deleting the local copy does not guarantee it is removed from every copy.

Applicable law
These pages, and any use of this service, are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. This is a choice-of-law statement. It does not limit or waive any mandatory privacy, consumer-protection, or anti-spam rules that apply to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
Pending confirmation
Brief open items awaiting McKee Homes’ confirmation — not a finished policy, and intentionally not filled in here:
- Whether the customer-relationship-management software used for follow-up stores your information outside Canada (disclosed where law requires it) — not confirmed, so not stated.
- Retention periods in McKee Homes’ other business systems and backups (not claimed here; only the local copy’s 30-day retention is stated).
- The job that enforces the local 30-day purge is pending approval and activation; the retention section is therefore the stated practice, not a verified running automation.
